We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality medical care to our clients/patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our clients/patients to ensure their medical needs are met with consistency, care, and accuracy. This role will involve triaging emergencies, illnesses, administering medications, and making recommendations for further treatment by our healthcare providers, urgent care, or ER when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient needs, including RTC and clinic patients.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to provide clinical care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Coordinator.
  • Triage illnesses and recommend appropriate next steps.
  • Assist with medication administration.
  • Enter notes and medical records into the system in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively using appropriate protocol.
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient, institutional, and staff information.
  • Adhere to professional and legal standards.
  • Participate in meetings and projects.
  • Perform duties in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in nursing practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and software.
  • Ability to establish working relationships with staff, patients/families, and the public.
  • Ability to assess available resources to provide patient care.
  • Ability to accurately take all vital signs.
  • Perform EKG, phlebotomy, and CLIA waived tests.
  • Good spelling, grammar, and ability to correctly document patient encounters.
Education/Experience:
  • Current and valid RN License required with the State of Utah.
  • Current and valid CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Preferred experience with behavioral health clients/patients.
  • Experience with triaging sickness and injuries.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour.
