  • Evaluate SharePoint performance and usage, implementing necessary configurations and adjustments to accommodate increased usage demands.
  • Assess applications utilizing SharePoint for potential impacts from upgrades, devise implementation strategies, and execute upgrades with minimal disruption to users.
  • Research, design, and deliver enhancements for corporate applications and collaborative/web services, including the integration of open-source databases, Active Directory/LDAP, auditing, and reporting metrics.
  • Generate and maintain configuration documentation, updating it as system modifications occur.
  • Conduct testing and review of significant design and application changes to ensure they are free of defects and achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Collect and document client requirements, creating a timeline for strategic solutions that detail architecture, CONOPS, and other necessary specifics based on the complexity of the developed solution.
  • Provide training to application users and, if required, establish application management protocols as part of the solution.
Desired Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET Framework, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
  • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML.
  • Exceptional ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Capacity to grasp the overarching goals and align daily tasks to support those objectives.
Role Requirements:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering, or ten (10) years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with SharePoint.
  • Extensive expertise in C#.
  • Availability to work during core hours of 10 AM to 2 PM, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
Required Clearance: Candidates must possess a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
