Key Responsibilities

The Travel RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients in the intensive care setting. The role includes:

  • Monitoring and managing critical patient conditions
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Providing emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Current RN license in New Jersey
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in essential skills including EPIC, hemodynamic monitoring, and EKG interpretation
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory; NIH certification is preferred
  • Experience with ECMO and trauma care is advantageous

Unit: Pediatric ICU

Patient Ratios: 1:1-2; 1:3 for intermediate care
