• Recommend and educate clients on hair care products and services
• Build strong relationships with team members and work towards common goals and objectives
• Create a positive and productive salon culture and work environment
• Ensure accurate charging for services and products
• Meet or exceed productivity targets set by Salon Manager
• Utilize business-building tools to enhance sales and customer retention
• Promote salon services and attract new clients through effective marketing strategies
• Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills to meet client demands
• Perform all salon duties efficiently and professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintain salon inventory and control costs effectively to ensure profitability

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology, Natural Hair, or Barber's License
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in salon software
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet client demands

• Visual observation and color vision
• Standing and walking for long periods, with occasional lifting and bending
• Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances, with proper safety precautions
