BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose clients' needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote clients' health, safety, and independent living
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Speech Therapist
  • The equivalent educational requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and work experience necessary for such a certificate, and be awaiting the opportunity to take the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association examination for certification, or
  • Have completed the necessary work and education requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and be in the process of accumulating the necessary supervised work experience required for certification
