Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team at EFS Facilities Services India Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our complex refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly, and as planned.
  • Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements.
  • Perform the servicing and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, associated controls, and other related equipment within the remit of the engineering department.
  • Install air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as required.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain a safe working area and ensure the safe and professional use of hand and power tools, machines, and chemicals.
  • Record keeping and produce detailed work reports as required.
  • Be available for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call-outs.
  • Respond to AC emergencies within agreed time-frames.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager to the best of your ability.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy appearance, wearing uniform and ensuring it is clean and in good condition.
  • Comply with all processes and procedures, including those related to Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, and Operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and a proven track record of ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be available for standby duties and emergency call-outs.
