Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will perform the following key responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate personnel files, process benefits and payroll data, and manage employee records
  • Assist with HR duties in areas such as policy interpretation, training, on-boarding, and off-boarding
  • Ensure accurate documentation is filed and processed in a timely manner
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist with generating reports
  • Liaise with internal partners to resolve employee issues and redirect to appropriate contacts

Requirements
* 1-2 years experience in an HR administrative position, preferably in Manufacturing Plant environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, take initiative, and complete tasks efficiently
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, time keeping systems, and HRIS
* PHR certification preferred

Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $23.50 - $24.50
