Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide high-quality care to adults and geriatric patients in their homes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts PTA license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
