Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Sports Instructor to guide our young athletes through engaging and educational activities while prioritizing their safety. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working with children, whether as a coach, educator, camp counselor, or leader, and should have a passion for child development. In this role, instructors will conduct approximately 20 classes weekly.

• Our instructors provide personalized attention to ensure every child achieves success.

• Positive reinforcement is utilized to motivate children and celebrate their achievements.
• Our instructors enjoy their work, remain open-minded, and understand that coaching is an ongoing journey. They are receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement through regular training and adherence to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

Availability:

The majority of classes are scheduled during after-school hours and on weekends. Candidates should be available during the following times:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
