About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Verily. As a key member of our Platform & Enterprise UX group, you will be responsible for defining, testing, and bringing to life solutions related to our precision health platform and enterprise product offerings.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope and plan user research programs, conduct a variety of research methods, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. You will also communicate findings to research leads and stakeholders in impactful and actionable ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping and planning user research programs with cross-functional partners
  • Conducting a variety of research methods, including literature reviews, usability tests, qualitative interviews, and surveys
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
  • Communicating findings to research leads and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an applied research role
  • Understanding of strengths and shortcomings of multiple research methods
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
