Physician Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Leader to join our team at West Jefferson Medical Center, a cornerstone of LCMC Health's incredible community of care. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Hospitalist to provide primary and consultative medical care to patients admitted to various units of the hospital with appropriate subspecialty consultation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering healthcare with heart, giving people a reason to smile, and putting a little love in their work. They will be responsible for conducting comprehensive examinations and evaluations, making treatment decisions, and providing periodic updates to patients as appropriate.

This is a PRN (as needed) position that requires 2 years of practice as a Hospitalist, with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required. The selected candidate will also need to possess excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $350,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
