About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing store employees to achieve new business and increase store growth
  • Leading local marketing strategies, leveraging business-to-business partnerships, and hosting community events to drive growth and revenue
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards, procedures, and laws and regulations
  • Supervising office security, cash management, and loss prevention
  • Examining and processing loan/pawn applications and transactions
  • Selecting, reviewing, and hiring new employees
  • Developing work schedules and ensuring optimal staffing

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience and one year of customer service experience
  • Hands-on cash management experience and proficiency in phone system, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
