Job Title: Radiology Imaging Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

* Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
* Prepare patients for CT procedures, including explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
* Follow established protocols to capture images of specific body parts, ensuring accurate and clear diagnostic results.
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate images and ensure accurate diagnosis.
* Maintain and calibrate CT equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
* Document patient information, imaging procedures, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary assistance.

Job Requirements:

* Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with specialization in CT.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging.
* State licensure in Radiologic Technology (if applicable).
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
* Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
