Capacity Planner

We are seeking a skilled Capacity Planner to join our supply chain organization at Sika Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing demand and supply, developing scheduling parameters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization.

• Analyze demand and supply at various levels, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain scheduling parameters such as lead-times, lot sizes, and cycle times to support SI&OP commitments.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to reduce internal and customer lead-times, ensuring efficient product delivery.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts related to material availability and order-promising integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and scheduling software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data analysis and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
