Join the Anesthesia Department at Christus Mother Frances Hospital, where CRNAs can thrive in an independent model.
Cases include pain management, orthopedics, vascular procedures, GI services, podiatry, and ketamine infusion therapy. No obstetrics, trauma, heart surgery, or neuro cases are performed by CRNAs.
Work a variety of shifts, including 8- and 10-hour schedules, without weekend or holiday responsibilities. Call is shared fairly among staff, with rare callback situations and premium pay for after-hours work.
Enjoy mentorship from experienced leaders, including our CRNA Chief who has been with Christus for over 15 years. Our team prioritizes a positive work environment and excellent work-life balance.
A competitive compensation package includes:
- New graduates welcome; compensation based on experience
- Premium Pay rate of $150/hour for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek
- Shift Differentials: $12/hour for Evening (3-7pm) | $14/hour for Nights (7pm-7am) | $16/hour for Weekends
- Holidays paid at 1.5x the regular pay rate
In addition to these benefits, Christus Health offers:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a current license in the state of Texas or be eligible for licensure.
