ARP Driver

As an Appliance Route Driver with the SMS Group of Companies, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while leading the daily appliance pickup process.

1. Lead a two-man crew in safely removing appliances from customer homes while ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
2. Operate a 26' box truck with a lift gate to conduct pre-scheduled appointments.
3. Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators for appliance pickup appointments.
4. Convey a positive image of the company by maintaining a professional appearance.
5. Track and report pickups and deliveries using a mobile device.
6. Collaborate with program staff to identify and recommend areas for process improvement.
7. Perform related work as required.

• Valid chauffeur's license and good driving record.
• 2-3 years of experience operating box trucks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Familiarity with mobile devices.
