At Conifer Realty, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the indoor and outdoor spaces of our apartment community, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in apartment or home repair maintenance, including drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, cleaning; HVAC experience is a plus. A high school diploma/GED is required, and some computer skills are helpful for timekeeping, emails, online training modules, and work order processing.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining indoor and outdoor spaces, including completing routine painting, carpentry, drywall, cleaning, minor plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, and other maintenance activities in response to work orders;
- Prepping vacant units for new residents to move-in;
- Timely communication with team members for immediate follow-up on work orders;
- Responding to emergency on-call duties on a rotational basis within 30 minutes of on-call notification as required or assigned;
We offer a competitive salary range of $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
- Full-time 40 hours weekly
- Monday - Friday 8-430 PM - On-Call Hours Mandatory
- 15 Days Paid Time Off first year
- 13 Paid Holidays (2 are floaters)
