About the Opportunity

This role is located at our Mission Valley Clinic in El Paso, where you will join a compassionate community of healthcare professionals working together to improve patient outcomes.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician with experience in outpatient clinical settings. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care without physician supervision, treating adult patients with acute, chronic, and potential health problems.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited advanced practice program
  • Certified as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
  • Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience
  • Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligibility for licensure
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration
  • Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
