• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and offering styling advice to drive sales and increase guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by merchandising products, creating displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by providing guests with personalized recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.

• Strong knowledge of apparel and accessories products, including current trends and styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
