We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school district in Country Club Hills, Illinois.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus benefits. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Illinois state SLP License, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing speech and language therapy, collaborating with other professionals, maintaining accurate records, and attending meetings.

Our company, Soliant, offers a supportive work environment, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week, and stipends available under certain circumstances.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
