Key Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary focus will be to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

  • Ensure guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
  • Oversee and inspire housekeeping staff, providing daily guidance and ensuring compliance with service and productivity benchmarks.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and assess their work for accuracy, neatness, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Engage with guests and staff through effective verbal and written communication, addressing inquiries and providing clear instructions.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare clean units for guest occupancy.
  • Assist in the training and development of both new and existing team members.
  • Report maintenance issues following company protocols.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction, delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Competent in basic to intermediate computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Previous experience with property management systems is preferred.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
