Neuropsychology Specialist

Job Summary:

The Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (RIM) in the Detroit Medical Center, a partner with Wayne State University's School of Medicine, has a position open for a Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist. This role involves assessment and treatment of individuals with physical and neurological rehabilitation conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat individuals with physical and neurological rehabilitation conditions.
• Work with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with neuropsychology graduate students from local universities to provide practice opportunities.
• Participate in longitudinal outcome studies in persons with TBI.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with specialty training in Neuropsychology.
• Two-year postdoctoral residency in Clinical Neuropsychology.
• License eligible in Michigan.
• Experience working with patients with neurological conditions and performing neuropsychological evaluations.
• Board Certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology.
