Job Title: Power Generation Specialist

Primary Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Power Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Power Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $155,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description:

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their power generation needs and providing expert advice on how to meet those needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical knowledge and collaboration on emerging technology project initiatives from inception to implementation.
  • Assisting with budget oversight, capital planning, and ongoing operations of various generation assets.
  • Supporting the team in obtaining State and Federal grants to incentivize new initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline.
  • 6+ years of job-related experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, training, design, construction, and quality assurance related to power plants and generation assets.
  • Effective Project Management and Supervisorial Skills.
  • Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, ASTM, NFPA, IEEE, NACE standards related to power generation and transmission.
