  • Express gratitude to guests as they depart, encouraging their return.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Ability to meet service objectives with urgency and efficiency.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage service activities effectively.
  • Attention to detail while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of relevant experience in food service.
  • Possession of a current Food Handlers Card and TAPS certification.
  • Reliable transportation and a professional appearance.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Work in a moderate noise environment and adapt to varying temperatures.
  • Complete shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
