Magnet Medical is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Travel Outpatient Clinic LVN/LPN to fill a 13-week assignment. As a Travel Outpatient Clinic LVN/LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
