About the Role:

As a Nurse Care Specialist at Ashland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive base salary, lucrative employee referral program, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice

Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work performed in accordance to facility standards

Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN

Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
