We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at LabCorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory results.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
- Prepare and process specimens for testing and analysis.
- Enter patient information and specimen data into our laboratory information system.
- Provide superior customer service to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our laboratory team to ensure seamless specimen collection and processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist (desired).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
