About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team at Spectrum Ventures. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to process waste and assist with maintenance and upkeep of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to process waste and materials
  • Sort and crush materials at the recycling site
  • Assist with maintenance and upkeep of machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the team to develop efficient processes for waste disposal and recycling
