• Washes and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including the dishroom and surrounding areas.
• Assists with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Follows all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy work environment.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
