Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement and administer various therapies, including physical exercises, modalities, and manual therapies, to promote patient recovery and improvement.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of patient services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Completed continuing education requirements in the state of practice.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
