  • Conduct regular sales huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
  • Provide Account Executives with current promotional and competitive information on Optimum products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a sales culture built on continuous coaching and development.
  • Attend and participate in company-sponsored training to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of field experience selling telecommunication products and services.
  • Consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coach to a consultative sale process.
  • PC literate with good understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar programs, as well as CRM applications.
