Responsibilities- Assess patient response to dialysis therapy and make adjustments as needed
- Administer medications as ordered and educate patients and families about end-stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, diet, and medications
- Assess educational needs of patients and provide education and support
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- 1+ year of recent experience as a dialysis nurse
- Current state-specific RN license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required for acute settings
