Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work and at least three years of post-Masters experience, including supervisory experience. They will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to members of the clinical team, conducting regular chart audits to ensure compliance with standards, and coordinating care and referrals with community agencies and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Director with day-to-day operations of the program
  • Conduct regular supervision with the clinical team and maintain accurate records
  • Review applications from the HIV/AIDS Service Administration and set up interviews for prospective residents
  • Assist the Program Director with completion of HASA reports and other relevant documents
  • Conduct regular chart audits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Monitor and review resident Service Plans and ensure timely recording of charting documents
  • Perform or supervise psychosocial assessments for each resident
  • Co-facilitate team meetings and case conferences
  • Maintain a directory of resources on HIV/AIDS services, substance abuse, mental health treatment, and services for seniors
  • Collaborate with all departments to coordinate care and referrals
  • Responsible for performance appraisals of clinical staff
  • Attend administrative meetings in absence of the Program Director

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness. They should be able to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals and possess proficient computer skills, including internet, Microsoft Office, and charting database software.
