Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Urbana Country Club. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality massage and body services to guests, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Assess guest contraindications and provide alternative treatments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of spa services, products, and treatments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet productivity and sales targets, while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Requirements
  • Valid state license in massage therapy or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of spa services, products, and treatments.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
