As a Line Cook with American Cruise Lines, you will have the opportunity to work on one of the largest cruise lines in the United States. Our team is looking for experienced cooks who can help create exceptional cuisine for our guests.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Line Cook to join our galley team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing diversified meals for our guests based on fresh ingredients provided by our suppliers.

You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that kitchen processes run efficiently and that all service provided to our guests is flawless. You will also be responsible for maintaining order and discipline in the kitchen during work hours and ensuring that hygiene and food safety standards are met at all stages of food preparation.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a full-service resort, hotel, country club, or full-service restaurant. They will also need to be familiar with food safety standards and have experience cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare diversified meals for our guests based on fresh ingredients
  • Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during work hours
  • Ensure that hygiene and food safety standards are met at all stages of food preparation
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure efficient kitchen processes

We offer a competitive salary of $$$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including room and board, uniforms, and paid training from industry experts.
