We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our team-based system of care.

About the Role
  • Perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Must have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
  • The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
What We Offer
  • Starting annual salary: $115,000 - $148,750
  • Up to $5,000 relocation package
