Center Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Clinical Director to join our team at ChenMed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our center, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of primary care physicians and other clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient satisfaction, engagement, and health outcomes.
- Collaborate with center operations directors and market clinical leaders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor primary care physicians and other clinical staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Partner with market clinical leaders to develop and implement market-wide clinical strategies and initiatives.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Current, active MD licensure in the state of employment.
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross.
