Multilingual HR Coordinator

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multilingual HR Coordinator to support various human resources processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with focus groups, roundtable meetings, surveys, investigations, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating, managing, and maintaining files and electronic records
  • Conduct routine follow-up on employee data
  • Support recruiting and hiring processes, including creating job postings and conducting interviews
  • Update electronic communications and bulletin boards to facilitate HR-related communications
  • Help coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, training sessions, and events
  • Assist with planning and coordinating employee events
  • Create and update reports for administration, evaluation, and presentations
  • Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory reporting
  • Aid benefits administration and annual open enrollments
  • Assist with creating and updating job descriptions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
  • 1-3 years prior HR administrative experience

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer great perks, including academic tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, & vision benefits, an employee assistance program, and 401K.
