We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at TEEMA Group as a Traveling Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing facility setting.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, which includes medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and support with daily tasks. They will work closely with the healthcare team to maintain accurate medical records and ensure the well-being of residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

**Requirements:**

  • Active LPN license
  • Minimum of 1 year LPN experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
