Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Services Technician to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems promptly.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade license or certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, or mechanical systems; life sciences environment experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards related to equipment and hazardous material handling.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems and other relevant tools and technologies.
