**About the Role**

City of Hope is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Environmental Services team. As the Manager, Environmental Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and aesthetics throughout our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services department, ensuring a consistently high level of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Environmental Services with other departments.
  • Lead and manage a team of Environmental Services staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including cleanliness standards, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and other relevant software applications.
