Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our team at Universal Engineering Sciences. As a key member of our Construction Services Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction materials used in various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine field and laboratory tests on soil, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
  • Prepare electronic daily field observation reports and summary reports
  • Follow UES safety plans, programs, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to meet physical labor demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in outdoor weather conditions
  • Frequent driving required
  • ACI Level I certification within 90 days of employment
  • Nuclear safety training at the first available opportunity
