Overview

Britt Medical Search is committed to providing high-quality inpatient care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative Hospital at Home program.

About the Role

As an Inpatient Advanced Practice Healthcare Provider, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of acutely hospitalized patients. You will collaborate with attending physicians and Command Center staff to develop and implement individualized inpatient care plans. Your exceptional patient care skills will be utilized in diverse settings, including hospitals, virtual platforms, and patients' homes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of acutely hospitalized patients.
  • Collaborate with attending physicians and Command Center staff to develop and implement individualized inpatient care plans.
  • Provide exceptional patient care in diverse settings, including hospitals, virtual platforms, and patients' homes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in inpatient advanced practice roles.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Strong clinical acumen and the ability to interpret and respond to complex cases effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and empathy to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
