About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Security Ambassador. As a Security Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and survey the area to identify potential security risks and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • Provide rapid response in critical situations and enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve security protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an asset
  • State license required (if applicable)
