Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the primary nurse or RN supervisor
  • Assist with feeding, nourishments, and transportation to meal service areas
  • Perform restorative nursing measures as outlined in the care plan
  • Use mechanical lifts, transferring, turning, and positioning techniques to ensure resident safety
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Florida
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work a schedule inclusive of weekends and holidays
  • Successful completion of the due diligence process, including a Level II background check and drug test
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of employment experience in a long-term care facility
