Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include: \

  • Supporting the Mission, Vision, and Values of Munson Healthcare while embracing its Performance Improvement philosophy.\
  • Promoting personal and patient safety through adherence to established protocols and guidelines.\
  • Embracing Relationship-Based Care principles and supporting RBC unit action plans.\
  • Utilizing effective customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.\
  • Maintaining working knowledge and experience in utilization management, managed care, and payer issues that may impact patient care.\\/ul>\

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess: \
  • \
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or comparable experience with a valid RN license.\
  • At least 3 years of recent patient care experience and knowledge of hospital operations.\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.\\/ul>\
