Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at AmeriVet Services LLC. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.

• Greets clients and patients, and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Manages patient flow, schedules appointments, and coordinates with veterinarians and technicians
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, vaccination records, and treatment plans
• Processes payments, handles client inquiries, and provides excellent customer service
• Assists with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and retrieving records
• Participates in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on veterinary medical knowledge and best practices

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or medical office setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
