Job Title: Dialysis/Pheresis Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis/Pheresis Technician to join our team at the University of Washington Medical Center - Montlake. As a Dialysis/Pheresis Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of dialysis and pheresis services.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and operate dialysis and pheresis equipment, ensuring accurate and safe treatment delivery.
  • Conduct quality control checks on dialysis equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Participate in on-call coverage rotation for urgent dialysis set-ups outside laboratory business hours.
Requirements:

An Associate's Degree with emphasis in chemistry, biology, or medical sciences AND two years of experience in a medical laboratory to include one year in a dialysis/pheresis laboratory at the level of Dialysis/Pheresis Technician Trainee OR equivalent education/experience.
