Parkview Nursing and Rehab Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Parkview Nursing and Rehab. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting our staff, and establishing a positive reputation in the community.

CNA Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient comfort and utilize resources to meet their needs.
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently.
  • Respond to patients' call lights and requests in a timely manner.
  • Report observations and concerns to the nursing supervisor.
  • Document actions and maintain accurate records.

Our facilities deliver exceptional care and foster strong employee relationships. We offer short-term to long-term care and a variety of living options and professional clinical services.

CNA Requirements:
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in the state of employment.
  • Experience with geriatric patients is a plus.
  • Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
  • Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
  • Become familiar with and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
  • Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
