Overview

At Paradise Lanes, we're seeking a skilled Assistant Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the top performance of our lanes, pinsetters, and building equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to any necessary repairs.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure optimal working condition.
  • Adhere to outlined preventative maintenance programs and monitor daily center maintenance.
  • Complete the Bowlero Corp Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed timeframe.
  • Provide valuable assistance to leadership teams and report any issues or problems as needed.
  • Identify and resolve common issues with equipment.
  • Perform minor preventative maintenance.
  • Operate all bowling equipment in the center.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (optional).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven team player.
  • Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
  • Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
  • Typical entertainment center environment with walking, bending, and standing for periods of time, and occasional lifting with assistance.

The approximate pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
